We stand behind our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our Nitrokix products, we offer a full refund.
- Simply contact our support team at [email protected]nitrokix.com if you have any questions regarding your return.
- Return the new items to us within 15 calendar days of delivery.
- For any product valued over $10 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
- Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the email invoice.
- Cannot accept returns via rejected or refused packages, abandoned packages, and packages returned outside of the designated return process.
- We provide a refund to your original payment method.
- We do not provide a return label or pay for returns shipping, unless the items are defective.
- Items returned to us that are not eligible for a refund will be discarded or sent back to you at your own expense.
- All shipping charges and governmental taxes are non-refundable.
